How do I login to my account?

Go to login.daptiv.com to login to your Changepoint PPM (Daptiv) account 

You will be prompted to enter your company email (eg. jane.doe@company.com) as well the personal password you’ve created for your account. 

Note: If you are a single sign-on (SSO) customer please navigate to your Changepoint PPM link.

Forgot your password?

Click here if you’ve forgot your password (if you have setup your security questions you can reset your password using the “Let me create a new password” button on your login page.) 

  • A new password will be sent to you via email.   
  • If you do not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder as some programs may filter out the password notification email.

How do I get account support?

There are many ways to get support for your Changepoint PPM (Daptiv) solution:

Submit a support ticket

How do I submit a customer care ticket?

You can submit a customer care support ticket here or from within your Changepoint PPM (Daptiv) tool. Just follow these steps:

Changepoint SA


How do I login to my account?

Before trying to login to your Changepoint SA solution, determine whether your organization is a Changepoint SA SaaS or Changepoint SA Perpetual customer. You can contact your organization's Changepoint SA administrators for this information. 

If you are one of your organization's Changepoint SA administrators and need help logging into your solution, please email cpc_customercare@changepoint.com.

Changepoint SA: SaaS

Upon licensing your Changepoint SA SaaS product, your organization's administrators will generate a custom company url for your company.  

Contact your organization’s Changepoint SA administrator(s) to find your company url. Once you navigate to your company url, enter your personal User ID and Password to login to your Changepoint SA tool.

If you have not yet setup your User ID and Password, please contact your organizations' Changepoint SA system administrators to do so. 

Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it by following the instructions below:

    3. You will be prompted to enter the email associated with your Changepoint SA login 
    4. You will get an email to reset your password 

 

Changepoint SA: Perpetual

Upon licensing the Changepoint SA Perpetual product, your organization’s Changepoint SA administrators were given a custom url for your organization (ex. company.changepoint.com). You can contact your administrator(s) to find your company’s url. 

Once you navigate to your company url, enter your personal User ID and Password to login to your Changepoint SA tool.

Changepoint has updated its Lifecycle Software Support and Servicing Policy. Go here, in Changepoint SA Community, for more details or contact your Customer Success or Customer Care team. How do I submit a customer care ticket?

At this time, only your company’s Changepoint SA administrator(s) can submit a support ticket through Zendesk. If you have a pressing question, you can email cpc_customercare@changepoint.com or ask your administrator(s) to submit a support ticket on your behalf.

How do I login to my account?

Each Changepoint EAM (barometerIT) tenant has its own unique company url. If you do not know your company’s unique url please reach out to support@barometerit.com. 

Once you navigate to your company url, enter your personal Username and Password to login.

Note: If you are a single sign-on (SSO) customer please navigate to your Changepoint EAM link.

If you need help finding your username or need to reset your password, please navigate to your company’s unique url and click "Request Your Username” or "Reset Your Password”  

If you have not yet setup your Username and Password, please contact your organizations' system administrator.

Changepoint SPM


How do I login to my account?

If you are a Changepoint PPM (Daptiv) with SPM customer in a PPM Admin or Executive role, you can login to Changepoint SPM by simply navigating to your Changepoint PPM link or login at login.daptiv.com.

Once you are within the PPM tool, navigate to the top, right corner of your screen and click the profile dropdown menu. Then select 'Strategic Portfolio Management.'

Note: You must be setup with an SPM account for this option to show within your PPM tool.

Customers who are not in a PPM Admin or Executive role can use the same login steps for Changepoint SPM as our Changepoint EAM customers use. See those steps here
